This trek combines a visit to various magnificent places in the Annapurna region of the Himalayas. From the world famous viewpoint of Poon Hill we should witness a superb Himalayan sunrise. At the Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m), a natural amphitheater known as Annapurna sanctuary, mighty Himalaya giants like Annapurna 1, Annapurna 3, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna, Glacier Dome and Fish Tail (Macchapuchhare) rise above 7,000 and 8,000 meter. Before entering the Annapurna Sanctuary you will spend a night at the Machhapuchhare Base Camp where a stupendous mountain vista will appear before us.

On the way we would be seeing the beautiful view of the Trishuli River which is flowing side by side throughout the most of our way to Pokhara. We even get to witness the people doing rafting in Trishuli river.

We will start trekking from Naya Pull after a 1.5 hour drive with a private vehicle from Pokhara. After 15 minutes short walk along the bank of the ModiKhola, we reach Birethanti (1,015 meters) a large village that has many shops and teahouses. From there, the trail continues through the village. The trail follows the north bank of the BhurungdiKhola. From there, the trail climbs steadily up the side of the valley to Hille at 1,495m and after the short climb; we reach Tikhedhunga at 1,570 meters. Today is walk offers a short and relatively easy day, during the journey which allows us to become used to the experience of trekking in Nepal. Overnight stay at Lodge.

Leaving Tikhedunga, we begin our journey with a steep climb to Ulleri. Ulleri is a large Magar village at 2.070 meters. The trail then continues to ascend more gently, through fine forests of oak and rhododendrons towards Banthanti at 2.250 meters. Then we trek towards Nangethanti at 2.460m. After another hour of walking we will finally reach Ghorepani at 2.900 meters. Overnight stay at Lodge.

Today, very early in the morning, we start an hour hiking to Poon Hill at elevation of 3.210 meters, a brilliant spectacle; this vantage point provides a superb view of sunrise over the high Himalayas, including the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Machhapuchhre. In Poon Hill we will spend about 1 hour, we then return to Ghorepani. We take a hot breakfast at the hotel and continue our trek to Tadapani (2.600 meters). Along the trail towards Tadapani, we make climb along ridges and through pine- and rhododendron forests. Our final destination for today, Tadapani, offers magnificent views of Machhapuchhare and Annapurna South. Overnight stay at Lodge.

Thankfully the rain had stopped by the time we got up this morning and we had clear skies to begin our walk to Chomrong. At this point the trail splits in two; north-east to Chomrong to join the Annapurna Base Camp trail and south-east to Ghandruk to finish the Ghandruk Ghorepani circuit trek. Heading north-east, we said goodbye to other hikers we had met along the way and left Tadapani behind us The path dropped steeply down the mountain, through a forested area to a tiny farming village, Chuile. Walking by, we watched an old local man shave kernels of corn from the cob and a younger guy try in vain to gather his sheep and goats together.

The trail out of Chhomrong descends via 2500 stone steps and crosses the Chhomrong Khola on a swaying suspension bridge takes around 4-5 hours. It is an uphill climb to Sinuwa. Next, we pass through a beautiful forest to Kuldihar followed by an easy downhill walk to Bamboo. Overnight in Bamboo.

As altitude continues to rises we start walking quite slower than usual so we stay at Deaurali which takes around 4-5 hours with all the way through forests. There is more probability of seeing the snow from today.

As we approach closer and closer to the mountains it starts getting colder. On the way to ABC we first reach MBC which takes around 3 hours and further 2hours to ABC. We will be surrounded by mountains from all sides and the density of the vegetations and plants will be thinner and thinner. It is the best and one of the nearest view point of the mountains(Mt. Annapurna I , Mt. Annapurna South , Mt. Fishtail ,Mt. Gangapurna , Mt. Annapurna II and III and much more).

We will be waking early in the morning to see the pleasing view sun rise through the mountain ranges. And after the breakfast we start our trek down to Bamboo through same way back down hill leaving MBC behind. Overnight in Bamboo.

After the breakfast we start our trek down to Jhinu danda through stones steps most of the time. We will be at Chomrong one more time while we trek down to Jhinu danda. As soon as we reach Jhinu danda we will be going to hot spring to become fresh and relax for sometimes.

After the breakfast we start our trek down to Nayapul which takes around 5-6 hours following the Modi River all the way down to Nayapul with several villages on the way. When we arrive Nayapul we go to Pokhara by 1 hour drive.
