Itinerary

After arriving in Kathmandu you will be picked up from airport representative and transfer to hotel. Presentation of the staff, briefing with the guides and verification of the equipment. We will serve authentic nepalese cuisine with cultural show in the evening. Meals included: dinner. Overnight: hotel.

After breakfast, you will transfer to Kathmandu Airport for your flight to Bhadrapur. Upon arrival at Bhadrapur, your drive to Gangtok (3-4 hours) begins, with stunning views of the Eastern Himalayas along the way. Once you arrive in Gangtok, you will be transferred to your hotel to relax and rest. Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner. Overnight: lodge.

After breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour around Gangtok. Visit Rumtek Monastery (1,500m/4,920ft), a significant Tibetan Buddhist monastery with stunning views of the surrounding valleys. Explore other spots such as Enchey Monastery, Tashi View Point, and Namgyal Institute of Tibetology. Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner. Overnight: lodge.

Today, after breakfast, head on an excursion to Phodong Monastery (1,400m/4,593ft), located 38 km north of Gangtok. The drive takes you through beautiful landscapes and villages. After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive to Pemayangtse (2,080m/6,823ft) in West Sikkim. Along the way, stop at the Temi Tea Estate (1,800m/5,906ft), the only tea estate in Sikkim. Continue your drive through lush forests and quaint villages, eventually arriving in Pemayangtse. Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner. Overnight: lodge.

After breakfast, drive to Darjeeling (2,042m/6,700ft), which takes around 4-5 hours. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and begin your afternoon sightseeing tour. Visit the Batasia Loop, Peace Pagoda, and the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. Enjoy the stunning views of Kangchenjunga, the third-highest mountain in the world. Today, visit the Ghoom Monastery (2,500m/8,200ft), one of the oldest monasteries in Darjeeling. Explore the monastery and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. After breakfast, drive to Bhadrapur (90m/295ft) via Bagdogra. From Bhadrapur, take your flight back to Kathmandu (1,400m/4,593ft). Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. Spend the evening at leisure or explore the local area. Meals included: breakfast, lunch. Overnight: lodge.

Today is a free day to explore Kathmandu. You can visit heritage sites like Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, or Durbar Square. Alternatively, you can shop in Thamel or relax at your hotel. Meals included: breakfast. Overnight: lodge.
