Ama Dablam Expedition Overview

Ama Dablam mountain is the one of the best and technical mountain in Nepal. It is lies in the Khumbu region just down of the world highest mountain Mt Everest 8848m. This mountain is very popular for climber due to its beauties, short and sweet climbing, interesting climbing etc. This mountain is not very high only 6812 m high but technical one compared others Nepal big mountains.
The best climbing season is September to till November in autumn and April to till first week of June in the spring season.

Itinerary

Cost Includes

  •  An experienced Nepalese expedition crew
  • One high altitude Sherpa per client to carry all food and gear to higher camps.
  • Sherpa will also assist the client during climb and summit attempt

  • Sat Phone available at Base camp, but nominal charge for use.
  • Inmarsat satellite internet connection with a dedicated laptop, satellite phone at the base camp with nominal charge for use.

  • High altitude tents (North Face or similar quality) for all members and climbing Sherpas

  • Scheduled flight from Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu for Liaison Officer
  • Transportation of food supply to Base Camp from Kathmandu (Cargo to Lukla and then by porter to base camp)

  • All food and fuel for Base Camp and higher camps during expedition
  • Solar panel at Base Camp for light

  • Applicable customs duty and import license fees for personal expedition goods arriving in Nepal as cargo
